A New Model for Rural India
Ashray Kisan is building a network of physical Agri Hubs that bring farmers, inputs, farm services, technology, crop planning, contract farming, certification, aggregation and market access onto one connected platform, starting with dense, hyperlocal farmer clusters.
One Farmer. One Network. One Connected Journey.

Good inputs, straight advice and a buyer at the end of the season, for every farmer we work with.
The problem

We are building a network of physical Agri Hubs where farmers can get inputs, farm services, technology and organised buyers in one place. The business is run by second-generation agri-entrepreneurs who grew up in this trade.
Each hub serves a dense, hyperlocal cluster of farmers. The cluster is kept small so an agronomist, a drone or a collection van can reach any field in it, and dense enough that every part of the model earns its keep.
Inputs are bought on credit from whichever dealer is nearby. Advice comes when someone happens to visit. Equipment is hired when it can be found. Field records, if any, sit in a notebook or in the farmer’s head, and the crop is usually in the ground before anyone checks what buyers want.
The whole sequence runs through one Agri Hub, within easy reach of the farmer’s village.
01
Quality seeds, nutrition, crop protection and biologicals, backed by soil testing, agronomy visits and drone spraying.
02
Deciding what to grow from what buyers want, and fixing acreage for medicinal plants, millets and organic produce before sowing.
03
We keep the farm-practice records that accredited certification bodies ask for. The certificate itself is issued by them.
04
Collection, sorting, grading, storage, batching and dispatch at the hub.
05
Direct links with processors, B2B buyers, exporters and brands, who prefer to buy in organised lots.
The Farm Diary sits across all five. It is a digital record of what was done on each field, kept season after season.
Farmers keep coming back to a hub they can walk into. An app on its own does not build that habit.
Agronomists, drones and machines are shared across many farms in the same cluster.
Many small farms together make acreage a buyer will take seriously.
Regular field visits build up records that a company working from a distance cannot collect.
Produce from many small farms is pooled at the hub into lots large enough to trade.
Processors, brands and B2B buyers find it simpler to buy from one organised source.
Ashray Kisan is led by brothers Aviraj Rathi and Yuvraj Rathi, who grew up around the family’s agri-trade. Aviraj brings the agri-biotech know-how and Yuvraj the finance and structuring, and together they are building a network of hubs rather than a single store.
Agri Hubs, farmer clusters and the systems that link them. We are now speaking with investors.
